Rust has going through multiple versions of their blueprints system throughout their early access years leading up to leaving early access. Facepunch seems to have finally settled on the current blueprint system, commonly known as Blueprints 3.0. The 3rd version of the Rust blueprints system is based around required crafting components and scrap metal that can be acquired in a growing number of ways on the island.

Empty Propane Tank
Usage
The Empty Propane Tank component is primarily used crafting items that require water or fuel storage.
